For finance leaders, deal teams, and consulting partners

The board update
your CFO actually opens.

Stop rebuilding the same report from scratch every month. Vetori drafts it from your data, brands it as yours, and lets recipients drill into a number themselves — without the 9pm follow-up email.

01 — The shift

Spend Monday on the analysis. Not the deck.

The first draft is waiting when you sit down. Vetori reads your data and ships a real report — the right charts, the right framing, captions in your voice. You review, edit what you'd say differently, send.

  • Three days down to a few hours — what FP&A teams report after switching off manual board books.
  • No more rebuilding from scratch. Next month: same story, fresh data, one click.
  • No more v44. One source. One link. The version everyone reviews is the version that ships.

02 — Why now

Reporting is the recurring fire drill nobody fixed.

Finance teams spend ~85% of their cycle on assembly and ~15% on insight. Deal teams pull all-nighters to the v44. Consulting analysts spend Friday on a deck instead of analysis. Same shape of pain, three industries.

For finance

Three days on the board book. Every month.

Pulling data from six tabs and four systems. Rewriting the same variance story. Catching a broken formula at 11pm before the board meeting. Hero mode is not a workflow.

For deal teams

Pitch books that spiral to v44.

Associate wants one thing, VP wants another, MD wants something else. Three to four weeks of revisions. Most of it doesn't change the deal — but the deck still has to ship.

For consultants

The deck eats Friday. Then the client emails Sunday.

Senior analyst billable on PowerPoint. Static PDF goes cold the moment you send it. Client emails 9pm: "can you send me the underlying numbers?" That's where the next engagement is won or lost.

03 — Workflow

From source data to delivered report in three steps.

01

Upload the data

Drop in a CSV — operating metrics, deal pipeline, portfolio KPIs, geographic data. Vetori auto-detects fields, types, and coordinates.

product, region, revenue, growth

02

AI generates the first draft

The authoring agent reads your data, finds the story, proposes a complete report — slides, charts, captions. You refine the framing and ship.

Deliver privately, with audit

Invite recipients by email, send a branded secure link. Per-recipient access, audit trail, no viewer seats. Public embeds are there when you want them.

04 — What recipients do

Watch when they have a minute.
Drill in when they have a question.

One link. The CFO opens it on their phone, watches the 4-minute recap. The board chair opens it on a laptop and clicks into the regional breakdown. Nobody emails you to ask "can you also send me the underlying spreadsheet."

When they have a question

They drill in. You stay off the call.

Filter, search, click into a row, change a dimension. On the same link. No "can you also send me…" follow-up. No second tool. No BI seat upgrade.

When they have a minute

They hit play. The report tells itself.

Animated, paced for the room, captioned. Good for the inbox, the phone, the 6am board prep. They'll have read it before the meeting starts.

One link. Branded as yours. Logged end-to-end.

05 — Audience

Built for the partners and leaders who sign off on the report.

Finance & FP&A

Replace the monthly board PDF with a live link.

The CFO clicks. Sees the variance. Drills into the segment. Doesn't email you back. Next month: regenerate against fresh data, ship.

Mid-market CFO · VP Finance · Director of FP&A

Deal teams

Send deal materials. Audit who saw what, when.

One branded link per stakeholder. Recipients drill into the model without breaking the NDA chain. Audit log for the file. Three weeks of redlines compressed.

M&A advisory · Investment banking · Corp dev

Consulting firms

Ship the deliverable Friday. Win the engagement next quarter.

Client opens it, finds the answer, doesn't email Sunday. The interactive version is the second conversation — the one where the next phase gets scoped.

06 — See it

A real, live Vetori report.

This one's public so you can play with it. Try the search and filter — that's what your CFO sees when she has a question.

Outcomes other tools keep promising

Buy back your week

Three days on the board book becomes a few hours.

You stop pulling the same data, formatting the same charts, rewriting the same variance story. Vetori reads your data and ships a real first draft. You spend the time you used to lose on assembly on actual analysis.

Recipients answer their own questions.

The board chair wants to see Q3 by region. The CFO wants the segment breakdown. They click. They find it. They close the tab. You don't get the email. The most expensive thing about a static report is everything that happens *after* you send it.

Looks institutional. Behaves institutional.

Branded as yours. Logged who saw what, when.

Your subdomain, your colors, no Vetori chrome on paid plans. Per-recipient access. View log for every link. The kind of governance audit committees and deal counsel expect — without you having to architect it.

08 — FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

Who is Vetori for?
Finance leaders (CFO, VP Finance, FP&A), deal teams (M&A advisory, corp dev, IB), and consulting partners — anyone whose monthly or quarterly deliverable is a report that lands in front of an executive.
Can the audience interact with the report?
Yes. Recipients can play the narrated story OR take over and explore — filter, search, drill into a row, change a dimension. Same artifact, two consumption modes.
How is this different from Tableau or Looker?
Tableau and Looker are BI tools for analysts. Vetori is a delivery layer for executives. We don't replace your data warehouse — we replace the slide deck your analyst makes from your data warehouse.
How is this different from Flourish or Gamma?
Flourish makes pretty charts; Gamma makes pretty slides. Neither connects to your live data, neither manages per-recipient access, and neither generates the report from your CSV. Vetori does all three.
What data formats do you support?
Currently CSV. Vetori auto-detects columns, types, and coordinates. Native data-warehouse connectors are on the roadmap.
Are AI-authored stories live yet?
Yes. AI-authored stories ship in the closed beta. Audio narration over the playback is the next item on the roadmap.
What if the AI hallucinates the data?
The AI works from your CSV — no hallucination on numbers. You review and approve every narrative before it ships. Audit trail logs all versions.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Recipients access shared reports through a dedicated viewer flow — magic-link or password-protected — without needing an authoring account.
Can we match the brand for each report?
Yes. Custom subdomain, tunable colors, paid plans remove Vetori branding entirely. Each report can be branded for the specific client or stakeholder.
